Meredith provided a supportive environment for Cady Stanley, ’25, to grow as a writer, thinker, and dancer. From studying abroad to producing the Colton Review, Stanley developed several skills that will serve her beyond college.
Music, dance, and athletics led Cynthia Styron Sanchez to Meredith. During her four years, she found a supportive community that helped her focus and prioritize her goals.
At Meredith, international student and Honors Scholar Student Nafissa Bia, ’25, found a vibrant community, rich experiential learning opportunities, and internships that led to a full-time position after graduation.
After graduating with a degree in studio art, Kelly Johnson, ’23, completed the teacher licensure program at Meredith to pursue teaching.
Because of its accessibility, Meredith College’s online criminal justice master’s program was the right fit for Pamela Jarrett, ’13, ’22 (M.A. in Criminal Justice).
Angela Clontz, ’22, chose to pursue her M.S. in Nutrition after having an empowering undergraduate experience at Meredith College. She was able to capitalize on her passion for nutrition and is now pursuing her Ph.D., where she hopes to study nutrition and its effects on genetics, in particular with cancer.
The opportunity to make a lasting impact on the health of patients and improve their quality of life is what drove Kate DeSilva Ray, ’19, to enter the healthcare field. After completing her degree in public health at Meredith, she earned her bachelor’s in nursing.
Kelsieanne Schmidt, ’21, who studied public health and biology at Meredith, found a strong support system of faculty and staff that solidified her passion for healthcare. Since graduating, she has followed that passion to become a pediatric nurse.
